Paratelaio per 1125 R/CR

Questo set di paratelaio per Buell 1125 R/CR dal 2008 al 2010. I cursori presentano il nuovo design di un disco solido completo senza un centro scavato. Ciò aumenta la resistenza e la superficie di contatto a circa il 30%. Il distanziatore  (argento) è lavorato in alluminio 6061-T6. Il distanziale è imbullonato al supporto motore e il paracolpo è avvitato su di esso. Poiché questo distanziale è realizzato in solido alluminio billet, non è necessario serrare nuovamente il bullone del motore a lungo termine dove è necessario farlo con il tampone in plastica poiché la plastica cederebbe gradualmente e quindi il bullone si allenterebbe. Il materiale del disco è realizzato in UHMW-PE (plastica resistente con buona resistenza, resistenza all’usura e stabilità)  È un materiale ideale per slider poiché può assorbire più forza d’urto su se stesso e quindi ridurre l’impatto sul telaio e sul motore. Il bullone è realizzato in acciaio inossidabile.

This set of frame sliders fit 2008 thru 2010 Buell 1125 R/CR. The sliders feature the new design of a complete solid disc without a scooped center. This increases the resistance and contact area to approximately 30%. The slider spacer (silver) is machined from 6061-T6 aluminum. The spacer is bolted to the motor mount and the sliding disc is screwed onto it. As this spacer is made from solid billet aluminum there is no need to re-tighten the engine bolt long term where you need to do it with the plastic slider as the plastic would gradually give way and then the bolt would come loose. The material of the disc is made of UHMW-PE (strong plastic with good strength, wear resistance and stability) It is an ideal material for sliders since it can absorb more impact force on itself and thus reduce the impact on the frame and on the engine. The bolt is made of stainless steel.
