Il conferimento è facoltativo, ma il Suo rifiuto comporterà l’impossibilità per Buell Service di rispondere alle Sue domande tramite questo servizio. La base giuridica del trattamento è il legittimo interesse di Buell Service a dare seguito alle richieste dell’utente;
f. per rispondere per telefono e/o per email alle Sue richieste. Il conferimento è facoltativo, ma il Suo rifiuto comporterà l’impossibilità per Buell Service di rispondere alle Sue richieste. La base giuridica del trattamento è il legittimo interesse di Buell Service a rispondere alle richieste dell’utente.
Il conferimento dei dati per le finalità di cui ai punti a) e b) è meramente facoltativo. Tuttavia, poiché tale trattamento è necessario per consentire la registrazione al Sito nonché per effettuare un acquisto sul Sito il Suo eventuale rifiuto di conferire i dati in questione comporterà l’impossibilità di registrarsi al Sito e di effettuare tale acquisto tramite il Sito.

Il mancato assenso al trattamento dei Suoi dati personali per finalità di profilazione comporterà l’impossibilità per Buell Service di elaborare il Suo profilo commerciale, mediante la rilevazione delle Sue scelte e abitudini di acquisto sul Sito (anche al fine di garantire un maggior soddisfacimento delle esigenze della clientela), nonché di inviarLe materiale pubblicitario, relativo a beni e/o servizi di Buell Service e/o di terzi, di Suo specifico interesse.

Dati relativi alla carta di pagamento. Uso di PayPal
Per effettuare un pagamento tramite una delle carte di pagamento offerte sul Sito, l’utente dovrà inserire i dati riservati della carta di pagamento direttamente su una pagina che comunicherà attraverso protocollo di crittazione sicuro con il fornitore del servizio di pagamento (che agirà in qualità di autonomo titolare del trattamento), senza transitare dal server di Buell Service che, quindi, non tratterà in alcun modo tali dati. I dati verranno acquisiti in formato criptato.
Sul Sito è possibile acquistare anche tramite lo strumento di pagamento PayPal. In questo caso, Lei sarà indirizzato verso una pagina esterna al Sito, nella quale dovrà indicare i dati personali richiesti da PayPal – che agirà in qualità di autonomo titolare del trattamento – per completare il procedimento di acquisto. I dati personali non transiteranno dal server di Buell Service che, quindi, non tratterà in alcun modo tali dati.
Con riferimento al trattamento dei dati della carta di pagamento e di quelli richiesti da PayPal, si precisa che il trattamento dei Suoi dati personali è necessario per consentire la conclusione del contratto di acquisto online con Buell Service. Art. 5. Conservazione dei dati personali
Buell Service conserverà i Suoi dati personali non oltre il tempo necessario per soddisfare la finalità per la quale sono stati raccolti. Buell Service conserverà i Suoi dati personali per finalità di profilazione e marketing per 5 anni dall’ultimo conferimento.
